Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are made to order. If express shipment is needed, we can process orders to accommodate that shipment option.
Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, holidays, weather, or other shipping conditions outside of our control.
We do our best to ship orders within the timeframe provided on our website. If there is ever a delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. The FTC says sellers should ship within the promised time, or within 30 days if no shipping time is stated.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. International shipping may become available in the future. Exceptions can be made for bulk return orders since the cost of small orders is not beneficial to R&R Vibez due to the current status of international shipping regulations. For International orders, please contact us to determine how we can accommodate your needs.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email support@rnrvibez.com
within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
